Hepsia’s Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you full command over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mails from one email account to another, fine tune email filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from ‘Very Low’ to ‘Very High’ to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy – all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you would like to redirect messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message – specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox – you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
